Marlene was born August 1,1943 to Richard and Mary (Zager) Bourne in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married Robert Henry Burns, Jr. on April 13, 1975 in Burlington, Wisconsin.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her husband, Bob Burns of Paradise, Texas; 2 sons, Lee Shepard and wife Kelly and Jason Shepard and wife Jennifer both of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; 5 grandchildren, Brendan, Cassie, Mara, Kaden, and Kyler; 1 brother, Michael Bourne of Menominee Falls, Wisconsin; and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Marvin Bourne.
