ALVORD -- Marie Morris, 66, a retired nurses aid died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2007 in Alvord. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Friday, August 17, 2007 at Oaklawn Cemetery, Decatur with Rev. Ken May officiating. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m Thursday at the funeral home. Officiating: Rev. Ken May. Pallbearers: Jerry Bethurum, Craig Johnson, Frank Maxwell, Reyburn Ruhl, Tommy Shumate, and Jim Stowe.
Marie was born Aug. 11, 1941 in Cleburne, TX to Walter and Gladys Tatum Walls. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cleo Louise Morris and her parents. Marie was a Baptist.
Survivors: Son, Ed Morris of Alvord; brother, Richard Walls of Alvord; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Hawkins Funeral Home
