Decatur ~ María Amelia Rodríguez De Inguanzo, 76 años, fue a estar con nuestro Señor el sábado 25 de febrero de 2023.

La misa de entierro cristiano es a las 11 AM del miércoles en la Iglesia Católica Asunción de la Santísima Virgen María en Decatur con entierro en el cementerio de Oaklawn. La familia recibirá a sus amigos de 6 a 8 PM el martes en Hawkins Funeral Home con Rosario a las 7 PM.

El Padre Sam Ferix oficiará. Los portadores del feretro incluirán a Manuel Inguanzo, Jorge Inguanzo, David Inguanzo Jr, Juan Carlos, Octavio Inguanzo y David Inguanzo Sr.

María nació el 5 de enero de 1947, hija de Manuel Rodríguez y Antonia Isais en La Noria De Santa Rosa Fresnillo, Zacatecas, México. Se unió en matrimonio con David Inguanzo Mares el 14 de septiembre de 1963 en Jerez, Zacatecas, México. María era una querida esposa, madre, abuela, bisabuela y hermana.

Fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres; dos hermanos, José Manuel Rodríguez y Manuel Rodríguez.

Los que quedan atrás para apreciar su memoria son su esposo, David Inguanzo de Decatur; sus hijos, Manuel Inguanzo y su esposa Norma, Jorge Inguanzo y su Gaciola Ramírez, David Inguanzo y su esposa Delfina, Juan Carlos Inguanzo y su esposa Karina, Octavio Inguanzo y su esposa Magdalena; sus hijas, Zoila Martínez y su esposo Arturo, y Sandra Escobedo y su esposo Filiberto; 26 nietos; 16 bisnietos; su hermana, Juana Rodríguez; numerosos familiares y una gran cantidad de amigos.

Mass of Christian Burial is 11 AM Wednesday at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Decatur with burial following at Oaklawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home with Rosary at 7 PM.

Father Sam Ferix will officiate. Pallbearers will include Manuel Inguanzo, Jorge Inguanzo, David  Inguanzo Jr, Juan Carlos, Octavio Inguanzo, and David Inguanzo Sr.

Maria was born on January 5, 1947 to Manuel Rodriguez and Antonia Isais in La Noria De Santa Rosa Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico. She was united in marriage to David Inguanzo Mares on September 14, 1963 in Jerez, Zacatecas, Mexico. Maria was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jose Manuel Rodriguez and Manuel Rodriguez.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, David Inguanzo of Decatur; her sons, Manuel Inguanzo and wife Norma, Jorge Inguanzo and partner, Gaciola Ramirez, David Inguanzo and wife Delfina, Juan Carlos Inguanzo and wife Karina, Octavio Inguanzo and wife Magdalena; her daughters, Zoila Martinez and husband Arturo, and Sandra Escobedo and husband Filiberto; 26 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; her sister, Juana Rodriguez; numerous extended family and a host of friends.
