Decatur: Lou Shaw, 83, a retired insurance agent, died Tuesday, February 12, 2008 in Decatur.
Ms. Shaw was born September 8, 1924 in Clarksville, Texas to Charles and Pearl Dickey.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Thursday, February 14 at the Coker-Hawkins Chapel with Rev. Bill Hughes officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove No. 1 Cemetery in Decatur. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Survived by daughters Martha Kirby of Ft Worth; Linda Miller and husband, Raleigh, of Decatur; brothers Guinn and John Dickey; grandson, Todd James of Arlington; granddaughter, Amy Brooks and husband, Taylor of Hurst; great grandchildren, Allison and Blake James, Peyton, Madeline, Sarah Elizabeth and Jonathan Brooks and several nieces and nephews.
