Memorial service is 1 PM Thursday, April 14, 2011 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 500 Bonds Ranch Rd in Saginaw.
Lori was born January 12, 1963 to James C. and Lois Yvonne (Williams) Vick in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Yvonne and her brother Robbie Vick.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her father, J.C. Vick of Kaufman; her sons, Jeremy Smith of Saginaw and Mathew Menard of Wichita Falls; her daughters, Jamie Smith of Saginaw, Leanne Menard of Lewisville and Ashley Terrien of Justin; her grandchildren; other family members and a host of friends.
