Decatur: Linda Shelton Morris, 68, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, April 5, 2011 in Denton, Texas.
Graveside service is 10 a.m. Friday, April 8th at Oaklawn Cemetery with Fred Ferren. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Linda was born September 28, 1942 in Decatur, Texas to Aubrey and Martha Cora (Myers) Shelton. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Chico. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband; Billie T. Morris; three sisters, Patsy Ritz, Brenda Berg and Wanda Curry.
Left behind to cherish her memory is sister, Barbara Dunn of Bridgeport; numerous nieces, nephews and host of friends.
