Bridgeport ~ Linda Clarke, 62, went to be with our Lord Thursday, March 29, 2018 in Decatur.

Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Saturday March 31, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Bridgeport with burial in East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Friday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Dr. Craig Erb will officiate.

Born September 4, 1955, in Peoria, Illinois. She was united in marriage to Pat Clarke on August 9, 1974 in South Texas Childrens Home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bridgeport and the Sr. Adults Sunday school class.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Frances Selph; her daughter, Lisa Clarke; and her brothers, Jonathan Selph and Stephen Selph.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 43 years, Pat Clarke of Bridgeport; her son, Michael Clarke of Bridgeport; her daughter Kelly Clarke-McAnear of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Hunter Clarke, Michaela Clarke, Alex McAnear, Hayley McAnear and Mason McAnear; and a host of friends.
