BOYD -- Lila Lee Anspaugh Lavender, 82, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at her home in Boyd.
Graveside service: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Boyd Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Monday. Rev. Sonny Smith will officiate.
Lila was born on October 9, 1925 in Jackson, Michigan, the daughter of James Leroy and Ella Marie (Pentacost) Anspaugh.
She married George Fritz Lavender on July 3, 1946 in fort worth. He preceded her in death in 1982.
Left behind to cherish her memories are: her daughters, Elaine Bible and Linda Lavender, both of Boyd; 1 grandson, Greg Hull of Quinlan; and 3 great grandchildren, Shayna, Kaleb, and Kathy Hull.
