Boyd ~ Lawrence Walter Scott, 72, went to be with our Lord Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Decatur.

Lawrence was born on October 6, 1945 to Lawrence and Alice (Gable) Scott in Ithaca, New York. Lawrence was a truck driver for Eagle.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gail Scott; his son-in-law, Paul Taylor.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Deborah Taylor of Denton; his son Wayne H. Scott and wife Terri of Port Aransas, Texas, Raymond W. Scott and wife Shannon of California; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; his wife C.J. Scott of Gainesville, Texas; his sister, Mary Scott of Ithaca, New York; and a host of friends.
