Roy was born on August 22, 1956 to Roy and Marcia (Cleveland) Roberts in Bridgeport. He worked for Lockheed Martin for over 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his father; his stepfather, D.C. Webb; his brother, Donald Rock Webb; and his sister, Tammy Webb Dixson.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Marcia Webb of Chico; his brothers, E.R. Roberts and wife Cathy of Robert Lee, Texas, Cody Carlton Roberts of Bonham, Texas, and James Roy “Buddy” Webb of Chico; his sisters, Dee Ann Webb Dekleva and partner Benjamin Carney of Joplin, Texas, Serena Webb of Chico and Hope Webb of Chico; his special niece, Latisha Roberts Creul and husband Floyd of Tacoma, Washington; other relatives and a host of friends.
