Aurora ~ Larry Wayne Ward, 59, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, March 23, 2021 in Aurora.

Funeral Service is 10:30 AM Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.

Rev. Steve Molten will officiate.

Larry was born on September 17, 1961 to Samuel Lee and Kathren (Galttana) Waldrop in Decatur. He was a truck driver for Federal Express Freight. Larry attended The Bridge Church in Fort Worth. He was a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Jennifer Hoskins and husband Josh of Arkansas; 2 grandchildren, Jacee and Jayden Hoskins; 2 sisters, Mary Lou Simmons and Kathy Sue Blaylock; his mother, Kathren Ferguson; 2 brothers, Reedy Isaic Ward, and Sammy Waldrop; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
