Rhome ~ Kay Spivey, 67, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Friday, December 5, 2014 in Fort Worth.
Visitation is 1-9 p.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2014, during the visitation family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.
Kay was born on August 17, 1947 to William and Ruby (Pitts) White in Houston, Texas. She was united in marriage to Randolph Spivey on September 18, 1980 in Fort Worth. Kay is a past president for the Rhome Volunteer Fire Support Brigade.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Randolph on August 23, 2003.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Jacque Sanders and husband Chaney of Newark and Judie Hines and husband Sidney of Rhome; her son, James Weyand of Boyd, Steve Duval of Joshua and Greg Sanders of Joshua; her grandchildren, Joseph Weyand, Miranda Weyand, Kassi Boyd-Weyand, Dustin Stewart, Dylynn Weyand and Teesa Weyand; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Jayden, Maddie,Trinity, Emma,Ava, Alilya and Breanna; other family members and a host of friends.
