Kathy R. Harris

Rhome- Kathy R. Harris, 72, went to be with our Lord Wednesday May 1, 2024 in Decatur.

Visitation is Monday 6-8 PM, May 6th at Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd with graveside service 2PM Tuesday May 7th at Aurora Cemetery in Aurora.

Kathy was born in Rhome, Texas on December 30, 1951 to Joe Raymond and Radie Pauline (Rexroat) Hines. She was a homemaker who enjoyed time with her family. She was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and a friend to many who will miss her dearly.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Radie Hines, and her brother Lawson Hines.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Lisa Ann Hines and Tammy Annette Hines; Brother Joe Paul Hines and sisters, Ollie Margaret Daugherty, Dorothy Hyatt, Karen Louise Meadors and Nancy Gale Corbin; numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
