Karen was born December 14, 1949 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Niland Robert and Clara Bell (Humphrey) Lancaster. She was proud of her Native-American Heritage of Cherokee Indian.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rilla Brock and husband Les of Rhome; grandchildren, Buck Mattern of Denton; Emily Brock of Denton, Bailey Brock of Weatherford, Reid Metcalf of Rhome, Les Brock, Jr. of Rhome, and Raelynn Brock of Rhome; two brothers, David and Michael Lancaster; other family members and a host of friends.
