Kain was born on March 31, 2012 to Chris and Jill (Sanders) Payson in Elmira, New York.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his parents; his sister, Abbie; his maternal grandparents, Tammy and Ronnie Dunn; his maternal great grandparents, Deloris and Thelton Sanders; his paternal grandparents, Sandy and Darrell Gilbert, Andrew Payson; paternal great grandparents, Kenneth and Doris Lowe, Heidi and Howard Payson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.
