Judy Walker Vanzandt

Judy Walker Van Zandt, 77, of Montague went to be with our Lord Saturday, December 29, 2018, at her home in Montague.

Graveside service is 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2019, in West Bridgeport Cemetery.  Family Visitation is 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

Rev. Joe Phillips will officiate. Pallbearers include Randy Hill, Ian Lowther, Killian Liles, Kennith, Hughlett, Darrel Romine, and Dale Romine.

Judy was born March 6, 1941, to Hugh and Mary (Wren) Roe in Cleburne, Texas.  She was united in marriage to Bobby Van Zandt on March 27, 1992, in Granbury, Texas.

Bobby Van Zandt preceded her in death, along with her first husband, Darrell Walker; her sister, Mary Payne; and her brother, Sonny Roe.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are 2 daughters, Cindy Hill and husband Randy of Natalia, and Casey Lowther and husband Ian of Montague; 2 sons, Bart Walker of Lake Dallas, and Mark Walker of Granbury; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her brother, Jimmy Roe of Granbury; her sister-in-law, Ruth Clinton of Groesbeck; long-time friend, Linda Phelps; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
