Juan Manuel was born on July 19, 1968, to Margarito Saldaña Valero and Petra Esparza Escareño in Mazapil, Zacatecas. He was united in marriage to Tomasa Rubio on July 25, 2008, in Decatur. Juan Manuel was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and devoted family man. He was a hard-working man who dedicated himself to providing for those he loved. Juan Manuel’s family was the center of his life, and he expressed his love through his sacrifices and his hard work. He is leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion to his family.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Victor Manuel; and his sister, Maria Dolores Saldaña Esparza.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, Margarito and Petra; his wife, Tomasa; his daughter, Roxana Bell and her husband, Kobie of Boyd; his son, Uriel Marquez and his wife, Kara of Fort Worth; his granddaughters, Olivia and Isabelle Marquez, with another granddaughter on the way to Uriel and Kara; his sisters, Micaela Ramirez of Newark, Anahí Saldaña of Zacatecas, Eva Saldaña of Zacatecas; his brother, Cain Saldaña of Fort Worth; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
