Rhome--Joseph H. Chung, 64, retired from Peterbilt, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, May 18,2010 in Fort Worth.
Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m. Monday at Alvord Cemetery. Reverend Millard Bucholz officiating. Family visitation 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd,Tex.
Joseph was born the son of Gil Yong and Kyung Kim Chung on April 10,1946 in South Korea. He married Marlene Jeffers on June 25,1982 in Crane,Missouri. Joseph served in the Korean army and was a member of the Rock Island Family Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife,Marlene Chung of Rhome,sons,Greg Jeffers and wife Maria of Troy,Missouri,Joshua Chung of Rhome,daughter,Sarah Mack and husband James of Aubrey,5 grandchildren,Allyssa and Wesley Mack,Kara,Dawson and Levi Jeffers.2 brothers and 2 sisters of South Korea and numerous other family members and a host of friends.
