Johnny Dwight Hoyt

Johnny Dwight Hoyt “Red" was born on June 18, 1959, in Philadelphia, Mississippi. He entered eternal rest on July 30, 2025, in Decatur, Texas.

There will be no services at this time.

Educated through the completion of high school at Northside High. Dwight loved talking about his rodeo days and visits from his friends.

Dwight is survived by his loving sister Donna Bombonati, his sister Judy Parsons, his brother Arlon Sparks and sister-in-law Kathleen, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Hoyt, and his mother, Jane Sparks.

His legacy will continue to live on in the stories shared by family and friends who cherished him dearly.
