Boyd ~ Joan Bolton Oglesby, 62, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Thursday, December 18, 2014 in Azle.
Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.
Chaplain Lens Walker will officiate.
Joan was born on September 23, 1952 to Quinn and Betty (Qualls) Bolton in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Qualls; her husband, Les Oglesby; and her sister, Mary Spivey.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Yvonne Lewis and husband Todd of Azle; her son, Dwayne Oglesby of Azle; her grandchildren, Joseph, Tyler, Brittney, J.T., Dusty, Mikala, Corey, Magan, Derrick and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Kyleah and Landon;her great grandson, Xaden; her father, Quinn Bolton of Mesquite; her brother, Micheal Ray Bolton of Weatherford; her sisters, Linda Diane Bolton of Newark and Phyllis Greear of Ft. Worth; numerous nieces and nephews; other family members and a host of friends.
