Jo Anne Taylor

Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 3rd at Oaklawn Cemetery. There is no set family visitation.

Jo Anne was born on February 20, 1931 to W.T. and Ina (Reeves) Hill in Decatur. She was united in marriage to Vernon Taylor on August 7, 1948 in her hometown of Decatur. They were married 54 years until his passing in 2002.

Left behind to cherish her memory are daughter, Phyllis Shaw and husband Jeffrey of Decatur; son, Ted Taylor and wife Cyndy of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; grandson, Caleb Morris and wife Rachael of Euless, Texas; granddaughter, Alison Taylor of Plano; 3 great grandchildren, Christian, Asher, and Laura Morris.

She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; grandson, Dusty Morris; great grandson, Zechariah Morris; and brother, Bill Hill.
