Chico ~ Jo Celeste Adcock, 83, a retired secretary, went to be with our Lord Friday, August 15, 2014 in Decatur.
Memorial Service is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Morris Memorial Methodist Church in Chico.
Jo was born on July 28, 1931 to Roy and Gracie (Graves) Mooneyham in Round Pond, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Leiland Adcock on August 18, 1950 in Comanche, Texas. Jo was a secretary for Mitchell Energy until her retirement.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 64 years, Leiland Adcock of Chico; her son, Jerry Adcock of Chico; her daughter, Margie Davis of Euless; 4 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 7 great- great grandchildren; her sister, Ranelle Carter of Fort Worth; other family members and a host of friends.
