Decatur ~ Jimmy Dan Foreman, 60, of Decatur, a truck driver for Aggregate Haulers in Bridgeport, went to be with his Lord Saturday, September 23, 2017 in Denton, Texas.
Funeral service is 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Decatur with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery. Marvin Saunders will officiate. Family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur.
Jimmy was born February 11, 1957 to Grady Leon and Janice (Roberts) Foreman in Bridgeport, Texas. He married Marsha Eakman on August 15, 1975 in Bridgeport, Texas.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Marsha Foreman of Decatur; 3 sons, Josh Foreman and wife Laura of Decatur, Olan Foreman and wife Michelle of Decatur, and Mitch Foreman and wife Kara of Bridgeport; 6 grandchildren, Riley, Dylan, Kadence, Austin, Elizabeth, and Memphis; his mother, Janice Phillips of Bridgeport; his step father, Jackie Phillips of Bridgeport; brother, Jerald Foreman; 5 sisters, Ann Shaw, Beverly Williams, Sheri Able, Melissa McClendon, and Christy Gunter; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Penny Jackson.
