Sr. Jesús González, 92, de Bridgeport fue a estar con nuestro Sr. Jesucristo el jueves 10 de junio de 2021 en Bridgeport.

La misa de entierro cristiano es el lunes a las 10 am en la iglesia católica St. John con entierro en el cementerio de East Bridgeport. La familia recibirá a los amigos de 6 a 8 PM el domingo con Rosario a las 7 PM en la capilla de la funeraria Hawkins en Bridgeport.

El padre Reehan Antony oficiará. Los portadores del féretro incluirán a Francisco González, Ancelmo González, César González, Sergio López, Adrián López, Roy López, Jesús González, Martín Ruvalcaba y Daniel Delgadillo.

Sr. Jesús nació el 8 de abril de 1929 de Lucio y María Natividad (Martínez) González en Teocaltiche, Jalisco, México. El se unió en matrimonio con María Rodríguez el 13 de mayo de 1954. Trabajó y retiro en la agricultura. Sr. asistió a la Iglesia Católica St. John. Sr. Jesús fue un amado esposo, padre, abuelo, bisabuelo, hermano, tío y amigo de muchos.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres; 2 hijos, Ancelmo González y Prudencio González; 4 hermanos; y 1 hermana.

Los que quedaron para apreciar su memoria son su esposa durante 67 años, María Rodríguez de Bridgeport; sus hijos, Ancelmo González y esposa Teresa de Cleburne, Luis González de Bridgeport y Francisco González de Bridgeport; 5 hijas, Carmen González y esposo J. Carmen Cruz de Bridgeport, Pascuala González y esposo Quirino Ruvalcaba de México, Ma. Santos López y su esposo Saul de Fort Worth, Socorro Gonzáles y su esposo Adán Ponce de Bridgeport, y Guadalupe Gonzáles de Bridgeport; 15 nietos; 16 bisnietos; numerosas sobrinas, sobrinos, primos y una gran cantidad de amigos.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10 AM Monday at St. John Catholic Church with burial in East Bridgeport Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday with Rosary at 7 PM at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport.

Father Reehan Antony will officiate. Pallbearers will include Francisco Gonzalez, Ancelmo Gonzalez, Cesar Gonzalez, Sergio Lopez, Adrian Lopez, Roy Lopez, Jesus Gonzalez, Martin Ruvalcaba, and Daniel Delgadillo.

Jesus was born April 8, 1929 to Lucio and Maria Natividad (Martinez) Gonzalez in Teocaltiche, Jalisco, Mexico.  He worked in agriculture and retired from farming. Jesus attended St. John Catholic Church. He was united in marriage to Maria Rodriguez on May 13, 1954.  Jesus was a beloved husband, father, grand-father, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sons, Ancelmo Gonzalez and Prudencio Gonzalez; 4 brothers; and 1 sister.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 67 years, Maria Rodriguez of Bridgeport; his sons, Ancelmo Gonzalez and wife Teresa of Cleburne, Luis Gonzalez of Bridgeport, and Francisco Gonzalez of Bridgeport; 5 daughters, Carmen Gonzalez and husband J. Carmen Cruz of Bridgeport, Pascuala Gonzalez and husband Quirino Ruvalcaba of Mexico, Ma. Santos Lopez and husband Saul of Fort Worth, Socorro Gonzalez and husband Adan Ponce of Bridgeport, and Guadalupe Gonzalez of Bridgeport; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
