Jesse Wayne Saul

Mineral Wells~ Jesse Wayne Saul, 73, went to be with our Lord on Friday, August 14, 2020 in Mineral Wells.

Graveside Service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 17, 2020 at Salesville Cemetery in Mineral Wells.

Pastor Lonnie DeArmond will officiate.

Pallbearers to include Jeff Saul, Jr., George Eisenburg, Jeff Saul III, Colton Mason, James Lyon, Richard Stillwell, and Mike Kincaid.

Jesse was born April 8, 1947 to J.C. and Ruth (Thomas) Saul in Mineral Wells, Texas. He was a life-long resident of Mineral Wells. Jesse was a veteran and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and lastly, as a Staff Sgt. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Dickey on August 21, 1993 in Mineral Wells at the Sheriff’s County Posse Barn.  He was a member of The Palo Pinto County Livestock Association, The American Legion and The Veterans of Foreign War Foundation.  Always working hard to provide for his family he was self-employed and worked in retail, was a contractor, and former corrections officer. Jesse was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many. He will be missed dearly by all that knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Sandra Saul Lyon.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 years, Dorothy Dickey Saul of Mineral Wells, his sons, Jesse Sean Saul and wife Tammy of Springtown, John Russell Saul and wife Caitlin of Portland, Texas, and Chuck Banks and wife Karen of Mineral Wells; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Jeff Saul of Pilot Point; numerous extended family members and a host of good friends.
