Alvord -- Jesse E. Masten, Jr., went to be with his Lord Monday, September 17, 2007 in Decatur. FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 AM Wenesday, September 19, 2007 graveside service in Era Cemetery with Kevin Moore to officiate. Family to receive friends 6-7 PM Tuesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home. Jesse was born November 27, 1922 in Era,Texas to Jesse E. Masten Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Brewer. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Mary Masten. SURVIVORS: His wife, Doris Roberts, Son, Danny Masten and wife, Karen, of Alvord, Grandson, John Masten and wife, Stacy, of Alvord, Great Grandson, Cooper Masten of Alvord, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
