Jean passed from life October 27th, 2020. Born March 10, 1958 to Robert and Beverly Friz in Rochester, New York. She Recently moved to Chico from Phoenix, Arizona where she resided for forty years.

Preceded in death by her parents; her niece Emily Grace Wilson.

She is survived by her sisters, Dianna Dever of Branchport, New York, Cherri Wilson of Chico, Texas, Renee Fowler of Merkel, Texas; her step-daughter Heather Caldwell; and her step-granddaughter, Skylar of California; her life mate, Brad Rudd of Phoenix, Arizona; her nieces and nephews,  Lena Moffett, Walker Moffett, and Tyler Moffett all of  Chico, Texas and Sara Jones of Abilene, Texas; her loved Cat Cloe; She was always a sweet caregiver with a great spirit and great sense of humor. We will miss her laughter.
