Janet was born on August 14, 1953 to Walter and Cathryn (Dorsey) Constable in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was united in marriage to Todd Dixon on May 8, 1981 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Janet proudly served our country in the United States Army. She retired from Wise County Health System as a Registered Nurse. Janet was a beloved wife and sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 40 years, Todd Dixon of Boyd; her sister, Joan Burton and husband Mark of Indianapolis, Indiana; her brother, Kenny Constable and wife Sue of Indianapolis, Indiana; other relatives and a host of friends.
