Grand Prairie ~ Jana Lee Barksdale, formerly of Bridgeport, 55, a clerk, went to be with our Lord Monday, November 21, 2016 in Fort Worth.
Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport with burial in East Bridgeport Cemetery. Open visitation is 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with family visitation 1 hour prior to service.
Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate.
Jana was born on June 9, 1961 to Jerry and Ava (Lewis) Barksdale in Austin, Texas. She worked for Kinko’s Copy.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her brother, Andrew Barksdale of Bridgeport and her sister, Lynn Forsythe of Grand Prairie; numerous extended family and friends.
