Paradise ~ Jim Moore, 74, a retired carpenter for the Fort Worth ISD, went to be with our Lord Monday, May 7, 2018 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Graveside is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Paradise Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
Terry Terry will officiate.
Jim was born on December 23, 1943 to Alonzo and Charlotte (Bingham) Moore in St. Louis, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Joyce Louise Parks. Jim proudly service his country as a soldier in the United States Army. He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Joyce Louise Moore; granddaughter, Faith Moore; his sister, Janet Eaton; his brothers, Donnie and Darell Moore; and sister, Sondra Brown.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are Cathy Parks; his daughter, Babra Konderla and husband John of Watauga; sons, Gene Moore and wife Tammie of Weatherford and Curtis Moore and wife Brandy of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, James Konderla, Joseph Konderla, Marissa Moore, Dylan Moore and Hannah Moore; Michelle Marcellino and husband Dan of Appomattox, Virginia and Jennifer Spangler of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Michael Parks and wife Nichole of West Virginia; Stephanie Parks and Kat of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Kaitlin Spangler, Cody Spangler, Blake Marcellino, Shelby Marcellino, Morgan Parks, Alli Parks and Briarlynn Parks; his brother Randy Brown of Abilene; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
