Decatur: Helen Dart, 85, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, June 2, 2013 in Decatur.
Graveside service is 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 10, 2013 at Oaklawn Cemetery with Rev. John Miller officiating. Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Helen was born June 2, 1928 in Massena, New York to Laszlo and Barbara (Gabri) Kormanyos. She was united in marriage to William Allen Dart, Jr. on September 29, 1951 and was married 59 years at his death on July 28, 2011. She is also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Julie Glover and husband Ron of Paradise; 2 sons, Donald Dart and wife Laura and David A. Dart and wife Jenny all of Melissa, Texas; 8 grandchildren, Collin, Aaron, Rachel, Amanda, Devlin, Joshua, James and John; brother, John Kormanyos of Massena, New York; sister, Margaret Bocskor of Waddington, New York; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
