Boyd ~ Hal Curtis Jones, 59, an IT technician, went to be with our Lord Friday, November 7, 2014 in Decatur.
Funeral is 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home with burial in Boyd Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Rev. Mark Autry will officiate. Pallbearers include Randy Medlock, Randy Kelton, Brad Carter, Tom Sanderson, Bryan Goll, and Chase Hawley.
Hal was born on March 9, 1955 to Earl and Glenna (Stacy) Jones in Dayton, Ohio. He was united in marriage to Bobbie Daniels on August 10, 1994 in Boyd.
Hal was preceded in death by his father.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 20 years, Bobbie Jones of Boyd; his son, Danny Jones and wife Jurgita of Paradise; his daughters, Megan McAvoy and husband Johnny of La Porte, Texas, Katie Rogers and husband Jonathan of Boyd, and Sarah Jones of Boyd; his grandchildren, Lukas, Jacob, Kyleigh, Tristen, Hadyn, Ryder, Carson, Andie, and Ashlyn; his mother, Glenna Jones of Ohio; his brother, Toby Jones of Ohio; his sister, Karen Snowden of Haslet; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
