Graveside service is 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2007, in Oaklawn Cemetery.
Mr. Rowe was born January 17, 1917, in Teague, Texas to Charles Evan and Jessie Irene Rowe. He married Florene Rowe on April 6, 1946 in Decatur.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Nona Taylor and husband, Jim, of Denison; son, Paul Wesley Clay-Rowe of California; granddaughter, Kristi Beddie of Decatur;grandsons, Michael and Randy Taylor of Denison; 3 grandchildren, Shellye, Danella, and Shelby of California; and a host of friends.
