Guadalupe V Diaz

Springtown ~ Guadalupe V. Diaz, 68, went to be with our Lord Sunday, December 23, 2018, in Decatur.

Private Memorial service will be held at a later date.

Guadalupe was born on April 12, 1950, to Guadalupe and Esther (Villarreal) Diaz in Del Rio, Texas. He was united in marriage to Mary S. Nickell on October 6, 1978, in Fort Worth. Guadalupe was an electrician. He was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church.

H e was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 40 years, Mary Diaz of Springtown; his sons, Lupe Diaz and wife Nikki of Springtown, Eric Diaz of Springtown, Adrian Diaz and wife of Sarah of Boyd; his daughter, Trisha Maxwell and husband Justin of Springtown; his grandchildren, Jackson Maxwell, Abel Diaz, Cameron Diaz, Hailey Diaz, and Collin Diaz; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
