Alvord ~ Gregory “Lumpy” Scott Taylor, 50, a former Chico mayoral candidate, went to be with our Lord Saturday, March 7, 2015 in Denton.
Graveside service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Fairview Cemetery in New Fairview. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. Tom Merritt will officiate.
Greg was born on May 7, 1964 to Woodrow and Martha (Underhill) Taylor in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was a driver for Got To Go Solutions.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sister, Leslie Taylor Smith; his step-father, Earl Crowley; other family members and a host of friends.
