BRIDGEPORT -- Glenn Speigel Pike, 93, an agricultural researcher went to be with our Lord on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008 at his home in Bridgeport.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Chapel. Burial: 2 p.m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Glenn was born on October 24, 1914 in Bridgeport to Thomas and Nona (Jordan) Pike.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Roland and Courtney Pike; two brothers, Thomas and William Pike; and a sister, Angelina Pike.
Left behind to Cherish his memory are: daughter, Doris Evartt and husband Ceaborn of Taft; sons, Glen S. Pike, Jr. of New Mexico, Charles Pike and wife Helen of Nevada, Leighton O. Pike of Maryland, and C.R. Pike and wife Minnie of Tennessee; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; sister, Audrey Watkins of Colorado.
