George was born on February 28, 1934 in Del Norte, Colorado on February 28, 1934 to Joe and Cora (Thomas) Ruibal. He married Carol Lynn Trujillo on April 1, 1989 in Brighton, Colorado. George served in the U.S. Navy and retired from Great Western Sugar Company in Brighton as an Equipment Operator.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Carol Ruibal of Decatur; son, Gilbert Ruibal of Colorado; daughters, Yvonne Siguer of Decatur, Carol Lee Figueroa of Colorado; 12 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
