Graveside service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Jeanne Evans will officiate. The North Texas Honor Guard will present the flag.
George was born on September 8, 1930 in Juaquin, Texas to Arthur and Della Mae (Mills) Middleton. George served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Elma Oneal Middleton, and his brother, Arthur Middleton.
Left behind to cherish his memory are; granddaughter, Tammy Evans of Rhome; great granddaughters, Shalyn Evans and Silver Oneal; sister, Nancy Middleton of San Antonio; several nieces and nephews.
