Decatur ~ Geneva Laverne Perry, 78, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Thursday, May 7, 2015 in Decatur.
Funeral is 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pastor Joey Vick will officiate.
Geneva was born on August 18, 1936 to George and Emma (Hodde) Geltmeyer in McGregor, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 husbands, Adolph Stroter, Ron Ward and Ron Perry; 2 sons, Dale Stroter and Ken Stroter.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Cindi Fair of Fort Worth; her son Kurt Ward and wife Deborah of Fort Worth; her step-son, Tim Perry; her step-daughter, Toni Perry; 7 grandchildren, Charmen, Jathan, Jesse, Shelly, Ronnie, Griselda, and Brandi; 19 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
