Gauge  was born September 2, 2020 at 4:55 a.m. in Kingwood, Texas.

Gauge was preceded in death by his aunt, Randi A. Elliott Scott; his grandmother, Bonnie Barski; his great grandmothers, Linda G. Elliott and Glendene D. Elliott; his great-grandfathers, Michael Tusing, Stanley Barski, and Dwayne Mahoney.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, Stanley and Sarah Ann Barski of Cleveland; his grandfathers, JonLantz Elliott of Decatur and Darrell Barski of Cleveland; grandmothers, Andrea T. Dolan and husband Eddie of The Woodlands, Kim Gayheart of Jacksonville, Florida, and Amy C. Cowley of Ozona; great-grandmothers, Carol Hauser and husband Dan of The Woodlands and Bobbie Mahoney of Porter; great-grandfather, A. Gene Elliott and wife Kay of Austin; numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family.
