Gary was born on June 8, 1936 in Fort Worth, Texas to Foy A. and Edith (Rickman) Riley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Michael Riley.
Left behind to cherish his memory are: Son, Rick L. Riley and wife Mary of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Heather Scharping, Jay Riley and Sara Riley; great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Samuel Scharping; sister, Sue Sinclair of Ireland; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
