Gary Andrew Miller

Runaway Bay~ Gary Andrew Miller, 67, an independent oilfield consultant, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, January 14, 2015 in Dallas.

Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Eternal Oaks Cemetery in Runaway Bay. Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Rev. Gary Sessions will officiate. Pallbearers include Hadd Miller, Ryan Woodson, Jon Ashpaugh, Hayden O’Neal, Neal Ashpaugh, and Larry Ashpaugh.

Gary was born on September 4, 1947 to Hazel Robbins in Cherokee, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to Kathy Ashpaugh on June 14, 1977 in Alva, Oklahoma. Gary proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 37 years, Kathy Miller of Runaway Bay; his daughters, Kimberly Kae Gartrell of Laverne, Oklahoma, Zoe Ann Luella O’Neal and husband Jack of Woodward, Oklahoma, Leslie Faye Woodson and husband Ryan of Denver, Colorado; his son, Hadd LaRoy Miller and wife Pamela DaVon of Runaway Bay; his grandchildren , Mercedes Renae, Ali Michelle, LeEsta Ann, Zachary Dean, Hayden Ryan, Kailene Rain, Van Bleau, Roman (Noodle) Cass, Hobie Cyrus, and Sophia DeVon; his great-grandson, Zandryn Ray; other family members and a host of friends.
