Decatur: Garry Lee Musser, 51, went to be with our Lord, Friday, July 22, 2011 in Decatur.
A memorial gathering will be held 6-9 p.m. Thursday, July 28th at the Sagebrush Cafe in Bridgeport. A memorial celebration will be held 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 30th in Decatur. For more information contact Garrett Musser at garrettlm7@hotmail.com.
Garry was born September 29, 1959 in Hastings, Michigan to Larry and Barbara (Joppie) Musser. He married Bonnie Mann on June 7, 2003 in Cottondale, Texas. Garry was a devoted employ of Poco Graphite for 30 years.
Garry was a jack-of-all trades, an avid outdoorsman and hunter, and he loved working with his hands. He was a grand master chef, gardener and beer aficionado. Garry was a loving father, husband, and he adored his granddaughters.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Bonnie Musser of Paradise; three sons, Garrett Musser of Decatur, Jordan Musser and wife Tami, and Jason Musser both of Bridgeport; his stepdaughters, Moriah and Mahayla Mann of Paradise; his three granddaughters, Hannah, Riley and Blayke Musser of Bridgeport; his parents, Larry and Barbara Musser and David Musser of Vermontville, Michigan; his sister, Brenda and husband Kelly Lynch of Alvord; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Garry was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Neil Musser; and his sister, Diane Priesman.
