Chico ~ Gail McCain, 63, a homemaker, went to be with our Lord Friday, May 4, 2012 in Bridgeport.
Graveside service is 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Lone Star Cemetery in Chico. Family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Saturday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
Rev. John Gann will officiate.
Gail was born on January 1, 1949 to Charlie and Mary (Helms) Beck in Jacksboro. She was united in marriage to Michael "Butch" McCain on November 16, 1965 in Chico.
Gail was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles and Bobby Beck; and her sister, Billie Manning.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 46 years, Butch McCain of Chico; her sons, Les McCain and wife Jan of Chico and Rick McCain and wife Laura of Haslet; 9 grandchildren, Marcus, Bella, Brooke, Zack, Nick, Bodee, Charles, Critia, and Hannah; 5 great grandchildren, Nathan, Kaiden, Landen, Brooklynn, and Jessika; her sisters, Patsy Johnson of Chico and Margaret Jackson of Chico; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
