Decatur: Frances B. Garza-Eller, 82, a homemaker, passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2009 in Decatur.
Memorial service is 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 10th at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Family will receive friends from 12 - 2 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
Frances was born October 4, 1927 to Ignacio and Matilde (Balderas) Noyola in Rio Verde, San Luis, Potosi, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her husband Walter Eller, Sr. and daughter Gloria Schroeder.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Lazaro R. Garza and wife, Irma of Grand Prairie; daughters, Elvia Rodriguez of Monterrey, Mexico, Fannie Rodriguez of Lubbock, Matilde Gina Garza of Irving, Angela Garza Todd and husband, Lawrence David of Decatur; 38 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; sisters, Maria Duran of Austin, Carmen and Inez Almendares both of Nuevo Larado, Reyna Almendares of Vera Cruz; and brother, Dr. Nicolas Almendares of Tampico, Mexico.
