Flora Catherine Branch

Memorial service is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29th at the Sycamore Baptist Church with burial at Sycamore Cemetery. Rev. Scott Gray to officiate.

Flora was born October 26, 1912, in Bowie, Texas, to William and Matilda Weinman. She married J. R. Branch on June 22, 1933 in Marietta, Oklahoma and she was a member of the Sycamore Baptist Church.

Left behind to cherish his memory are her son, Kenneth Branch and wife, Susan of Decatur; daughters, Laune Pitts and husband, Charles of Decatur, Judy Branch of Burlington, Vermont; 6 grandchildren, Berdessa Saunders, LaVon Hayes, Claudioi Branch, John Branch, Chad Boyd; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Vivian Montgomery of Decatur and Clara Doyle of Slidell.

Flora is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers, Albert Hachtel, Marvin Hachtel and Melvin Hachtel and granddaughter, Teresa Branch.

The family requests memorials be made to the Sycamore Baptist Church Scholarship Fund.
