Decatur ~ Eva Mae Redman, 90, a retired barber, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, December 24, 2014 in Decatur.

Funeral is 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Sunset Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Jamie Reed will officiate. Pallbearers include Jerry Meador, David Moore, Nathan Moore, Jason reeves, Tom Howe, and James Goodman.

Eva was born on April 14, 1924 to Edgar and Vida (Willett) Stephenson in Sunset, Texas. She was united in marriage to Billy Harold Redman. Eva retired after fifty years of service as a barber. She was a Baptist.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Ruth Carnes of McKinney; her son, James Moore of Dallas; her daughter, Helen Nixon of Rockwall; her son, George Moore of Decatur; her daughter, Debbie Neville of Decatur; her brothers, Don Stephenson of Bowie, Jimmy Stephenson  of  Nebraska, and Charles Stephenson of Bowie; her sisters, Peggy Butler of Bowie, Ruth Mayfield of Oklahoma, and Lilly Rosesutton of Bellvue; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
