Graveside service is 10 a.m. Thursday, September 13th at Sweetwater Cemetery with Rev. Tim Staub officiating. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Eula Mae was born on June 17, 1919 in Penelope, Texas to Robert T. and Eva Mae (Wright) Cox. She was united in marriage to Sam Lambert on February 22, 1937 in Littlefield, Texas and was married 39 years at his death on March 15, 1976. She was owner of Eula's Beauty Shop for 32 years.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Nelda Raye Parrent of Decatur, LaQuita Lambert Martin and husband Charles of Antlers, Oklahoma, and Dorothy Mae Summerford and husband James of Ashford, Alabama; grandchildren, Russell Dean Tomson, Sheril Tomson and Dana Englehart all of Decatur, Andrea Baird of Tennessee, Rhonda Jo Walker of Azle, Michelle Boswell and Toni Rene Hill both of Alabama; sister, Edna Pearl Taylor of Wolford, Texas; 11 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, Dorothy Fielder and Marquriete Howard both of Decatur, Valerie Ironmonger of Granbury and Charlotte White of Stillwater, Oklahoma.
