Boyd ~ Edward Throckmorton, 72, a retired master plumber, went to be with our Lord Thursday, June 11, 2015 in Decatur.
Memorial service wil be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2015 at St. Johns Catholic Church in Bridgeport.
Edward was born on September 23, 1942 to Edward Sr. and Ruth (Anglin) Throckmorton in Gorman, Texas. He was united in marriage to Norma Harris on September 1, 1991 in Reno, Texas. Edward served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the St. John’s Catholic Church in Bridgeport.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his first wife Loretta Paschall Throckmorton.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Norma Throckmorton of Boyd; his sons, James Throckmorton and Brad Ido both of New York City; his daughters, Lori Brassfield and husband Rev. Kalyn of Plano, Sharla Throckmorton- McDowell and husband Michael of SantaFe, New Mexico and Edrina Throckmorton-Bell and husband Kevin of Roswell, New Mexico, Kim Ido of Bedford; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.
