Dorothy (Rexroat) Eldridge

Rhome ~ Dorothy “Rexroat” Eldridge, 85, a retired credit reporter, went to be with our Lord Saturday, February 21, 2015 in Decatur.
Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Aurora Baptist Church with burial in Aurora Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home.
Rev. Jimmy Withers will officiate. Pallbearers include Rick Hyatt, Joe Paul Hines, David Hines, Dan Meador, and Kevin Drake.
Dorothy was born on September 30, 1929 to Benjamin and Mallie (Brown) Rexroat in Fairview, Texas. She was united in marriage to Allan Eldridge. Dorothy was a member of the Eagle Mountain International Church and VFW.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sister, Pauline Hines; and her brothers, John C. and Titus W. Rexroat.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are 2 nephews and 5 nieces; and a host of friends.
